8 minutes. Mobility + activation. Body switched on, joints ready, head in the room.
20 minutes. Heavy compound lifts on a 12-week progressive cycle. Squat. Press. Pull. Hinge.
15 minutes. Conditioning. Sled, ski, run, row, kettlebell. The bit that changes your body composition.
6 minutes. Targeted accessory + core. Fix the weak links. Cool down. Done.
